first day of making an effort again

i woke up at 6:30... i was 21.6, i referred to my chart and had 7u +4u of novorapid, went for a walk and waited 30 mins.  then I did some squats.  I thinl that was a big mistake because on the way.to work i tested and I was 4.3!  this is at 8:45 in the morning now... I had oata for breakfast with soy milk; perhaps that wasnt fast acting enough?  not sure yet.  It's not all doom and gloom, because the point is I felt the low coming!  I think thats a good thing considering I was running the risk of not being able to feel them coming...  now its 9:17 and.im on the train.  After my.last hypo I had 6 large jellybeans (black and gold) and my bsl is back up to 6.9.  his makes me feel more confident about the walk to work.  more posts to come; stay tuned!
